When you work with your sister, you often debate over different things and whenever we really need to find the right answer we know it always comes down to this: Ask Mom! When you work with your sister, you often debate over different things and whenever we really need to find the right answer we know it always comes down to this: Ask Mom!

Because somehow mothers always know what to do, what to say & where to find that object you have lost around the house!

The second inspiring mom we want to introduce you to is Andrea Soueidan, Personal Concierge & founder at Altitude Connections & Mother of two, Tiffany & Carlos.

Her Hashtag? #AskAndrea because that’s what she’s known for!

A Personal Concierge is like a personal assistant, she targets busy people and assists them with all the activities they don’t have time for like planning a birthday party, ordering flowers, or even planning a trip to Chicago or Dubai, two cities she’s lived in before moving back to Montreal.

We spent time with Andrea & her daughter Tiffany a beautiful 20-year-old and you quickly see the chemistry between these two.

When we asked Andrea how was her relationship with her daughter, she responded ‘Beautiful, I wish that for every mom!’

She added ‘Being a young mom, helps me a lot because they treat me like an older sister, I’m very close to both of my kids and they tell me everything. They ask me for advice, what they should wear for a family get-together or when they go out, that’s how close we are.’

We asked her what key messages do you send to your kids: 'I tell them to always visualize the future and have goals.  Dream big, not to be afraid, to be confident in themselves.  Building confidence in children is very important and they should always feel like they have someone to lean on.  And if plan A doesn’t work, there's always plan B and a way to be positive about it”

Her true passion is customer satisfaction! She loves what she does and she loves to make her clients happy.

She tells us 'I don’t even have time to call my clients to follow up because they call me to thank me for our services.'

We love that relationship with clients because it reminds us a lot with when our clients come to buy their first ELAMA piece or they redesign their mother’s furs, they see the whole process from close so they really feel attached to it and we are so happy to be part of these moments!

When we asked Andrea who was her inspiration, she mentioned Gabby Bernstein who she saw at one of the latest Maddy K Inspires events in Montreal.

Gabby inspired her to always believe in the good in people, to always find happiness in everything you do and to find a way to help someone along the way!

Thank you, Andrea & Tiffany, for hanging out with us and should you need anything #AskAndrea.
